No matter how big or small the scope of the project is or how unusual it is, we'll get the job done for you and we'll get it done right. One odd job we completed was leaky old bricks that several "roofers" tried to repair with caulk, flashing, tar and so on - and they all came up short. After swinging by the location and seeing what we're dealing with, we decided the right course of action was spray foaming over it. This close cell foam is water proof, and is extremely sticky when wet, so sticking to the brick would be no problem.
The unique thing about foam over brick, is that the overall look, from a distance (like from the ground of the building), still looks like brick. After coating the foam with latex coating, the finished product was properly sealed and looked like nothing more than painted brick.
